all I can say is WOW the service through email was great I needed a rush order for the weekend and Steve made it happen in 3 days and everything I ordered fit perfect and did the job was out all day snowmobiling closes to lake placid in upstate new York with the temps hitting -25 to -30 and boy was I ready for it thank you again up north sports just found my go to store

You guys rock! I ordered a snowmobile jacket on January 1st and it arrived yesterday! I wanted it by Thursday for a trip we?re taking this weekend. After I placed the order, I called to see if expedited delivery would be needed and was told that a note was put on the order and I?d be contacted if needed. Not long after, a gentleman called to let me know that the size I ordered wouldn?t make it because it was coming from a warehouse in Canada. After discussing it with him, he felt that I needed a size smaller and that was available for shipping right away. The jacket is awesome and fits perfectly! I can?t wait to wear it! I?d like to thank everyone who played a part in processing my order. I couldn?t be more pleased with the product and the service I received! Hats off to all of you!
