Return Policy

You may return any unused item(s) within 30 days for an exchange or refund. To request a return, please log in to your account (click here), open the order containing the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and submit a request.

If you placed your order without logging in, don’t worry! Just log in using the same email address you used at checkout. Once you're logged in, you’ll be able to find your order in your account and submit a return request from there.

We recommend that you return the item for credit back to your original form of payment and then place another order for the new item. If you prefer to wait to have your exchange item shipped when we receive your return item, please continue creating the return and make the proper notes in the return about request of exchange. When you have finished creating the return, please give our customer service staff a call @ 218-444-7669 or 866-335-8500 and we will add the new item to the return. In the event of a returned purchase, Up North Sports will refund the cost of the item but not the original shipping charge. To qualify for a full refund the item must be returned in original condition (clean - no hair or dirt) with the original packaging intact and any tags or protective materials still attached. Please do not remove the protective film from goggle lens or helmet shields. Any item returned with the tags removed, original packaging not useable, or not in original condition will either be returned or incur an appropriate restocking fee determined by us. Shipping will be charged if an item is returned.

When returning an item, please pack the item(s) securely. Please DO NOT use the Manufacturer’s packaging for a shipping box.  Instead, please enclose the Manufacturer box within another shipping box. It must be a corrugated cardboard box, or our carrier will charge an additional $6.50 which we will in turn pass on to you. An example of this would be a "boot" or "helmet" manufacturer box. Enclose the packing slip with an explanation for the return or exchange. We do provide a pre-paid label to use when shipping the return. The cost of the label is $ 9.99 US (plus applicable state sales tax) which will be deducted when we credit your payment. If it is an exchange, we will charge your payment method on file.  If you do not use our pre-paid label, we recommend shipping your package by a traceable method as we are not responsible for lost packages. FREE items received with the original order should be included with your return. If you choose to keep the free item, your refund will be reduced by the unreturned item's retail price.

Any item returned in a damaged condition will be reviewed by Up North Sports to determine how the damage occurred. If it is determined that the damage was caused by the shipper, Up North Sports will work with the shipper to recover the costs of the damage. If it is determined that the damage was caused by the purchaser, then the cost of the damage will be the responsibility of the original purchaser. Causes for damage may include improper packaging, improper handling, alteration of the item, etc. A reasonable value of the damage will be determined by Up North Sports and that value will be recovered from either the shipper or the customer.

Warranty Policy

Warranty policies vary by brand; however, a general rule of thumb is that items will be covered if there is a defect in the material or workmanship of the item purchased. Warranties will NOT cover items damaged in an accident or crash, items that are improperly cared for (pay close attention to care tags/instructions) or items that have deteriorated from normal wear and tear, including rips, tears, burns, abrasions. All items are susceptible to normal wear and tear. The natural lifetime of any item may be reduced through aggressive or high frequency use.

Please note that ALL items being sent in for warranty purposes will be required to be cleaned before being sent in for coverage. A cleaning fee will be charged if an item is sent back unwashed.

*While we are happy to assist in your warranty claim, warranties are not covered directly by Up North Sports. They will be covered at the discretion of the manufacturer. Up North Sports is not liable for any manufacture defect.
