I'm usually not one to write an email to a company but in this case I wanted to send a you guys a big thank you! I just received my order (stomper boots) and they feel great and got them FAST. I will be taking a trip out west, leaving later this week. Since there is no snow here in IA I haven't taken my gear out until now, getting ready for this trip. A few days ago I see my old boots have a gaping hole in them and most the rubber completely cracked and deteriorated on my right boot! I needed a new pair fast and you guys delivered just that. There are next to no dealers around me that sell apparel so I was dependent on an online dealer. I came across you guys, saw you were a state away in MN, and read many good reviews about you on various snowmobile message boards. You guys didn't disappoint, and I will definitely be back for anything else I need. I would much rather support a smaller local company than the big name stores that treat you as a number. Not too many companies will ship same day with free shipping, let alone a hand written thank you on my invoice. I will do all I can to spread the word of my experience with my order, and you guys keep up the great service! Can't wait to try these boots out!

We are a repeat customer, just ordered over $650 merchandise from you last week, went to wrap present and realized I ordered the pink x-system pants for my daughter (which matches the younger daughters new jacket, but the older daughters jacket is purple! Called and worked with Mike to get the purple ones shipped out before they were gone, and he helped me with the return information for the pink ones.
