When will you folks be back in action at the store? This guy is moving back up for school and needs to restock for yet another epic winter and I won't settle for anything less than the gear and great customer service I get from Up North Sports!

I'm usually not one to write an email to a company but in this case I wanted to send a you guys a big thank you! I just received my order (stomper boots) and they feel great and got them FAST. I will be taking a trip out west, leaving later this week. Since there is no snow here in IA I haven't taken my gear out until now, getting ready for this trip. A few days ago I see my old boots have a gaping hole in them and most the rubber completely cracked and deteriorated on my right boot! I needed a new pair fast and you guys delivered just that. There are next to no dealers around me that sell apparel so I was dependent on an online dealer. I came across you guys, saw you were a state away in MN, and read many good reviews about you on various snowmobile message boards. You guys didn't disappoint, and I will definitely be back for anything else I need. I would much rather support a smaller local company than the big name stores that treat you as a number. Not too many companies will ship same day with free shipping, let alone a hand written thank you on my invoice. I will do all I can to spread the word of my experience with my order, and you guys keep up the great service! Can't wait to try these boots out!
