I received my order with in a very short time period and I cannot thank you enough, and I'm sure during the Christmas season it's tough getting all the orders out on time! The fact that my order had a Thank you note on it meant a lot to me! Just wanted to let you guys know that I will, from now on, be buying all of my outdoor equipment for you!

Just a quick note to let you know just how much your great customer service is appreciated. I placed an order for a 509 helmet knowing I was going to need it before a trip out west. I was on a tight time frame and Mike made it happen! I received my order the day before we left. Mike did a great job of answering my questions and keeping me informed of shipping dates. I just picked up my son's FXR jacket from Harold's who did the warranty zipper replacement. AWESOME service from both you guys and Harold's. Harold's actually had the jacket ready on Saturday but I wasn't able to get over there to pick it up. They were super friendly and helpful and actually called me a number of times to make sure I was aware that the jacket was ready.
My son will be warm again.
