SLP Single Pipe With Silencer for Polaris 2013-16 800 HO CFI 2 (Except AXYS) Single Pipe Set

This SLP Single Pipe Set for the 2014-16 Polaris 800 Rush/Pro Chassis (except Axys) reduces weight by 5.5 lbs and delivers an additional 7.6 horsepower peak with good midrange gains, which equates to crisp, clean throttle response and quicker acceleration with more top-end speed on the trail. In the deep snow~ this added horsepower and weight loss gets you up on the snow quicker~ allows you to climb higher and boondock better.

A lot of time and effort has gone into developing this ceramic coated pipe for optimum horsepower~ running consistency and reliability. In doing so~ we found that it was necessary to add a small heat shield to the pipe that is about half the size of the stock heat shield. This heat shield was needed to bring the pipe temperature up quickly for maximum running consistency.

SLP tested and passed SAE J-2567 stationary sound test below 88 decibels.

This pipe set will also require additional fueling and we recommend the use of a DynoJet Power Commander V or PCFC Fuel Controller with SLP map. Also recommended is a High Flow Intake Kit and if running in deep powder conditions the SLP Powder Valves.
