The Castle X Force 2 Boot is made for riders who spend real time in snow, slush, and cold garages before the trail even starts. Its 3-layer Merino Wool blend insulation, Castle ColdShield™ Technology, and Castle DRY-X™ waterproof membrane work together to manage warmth and moisture without making the boot feel clunky. The 1000D nylon upper and Armstrong PU coated leather add toughness where snowmobile boots take abuse, while the molded high abrasion toe helps with sled boards, trailer ramps, and the occasional frozen boot kick. I like the Castle Speed Lace system for getting a secure fit without wrestling laces with half-numb fingers. Add the high traction rubber sole, EVA footbed, and reflective elements, and this boot is ready for long northern ride days.
