Reviews and Q&A

FAQs

These pants are designed as a midweight base layer for cold northern conditions. Pair them with quality outerwear and they handle ice fishing, snowmobiling, and winter hunting with ease. If your buddy says he is not cold in jeans alone, he is either lying or frozen solid.
Yes. The moisture wicking polyester blend helps regulate body temperature during active use like snowmobiling, hiking, or hauling gear through deep snow. They breathe well while still trapping heat, which is a rare combo in winter gear and almost as rare as finding a warm truck seat at dawn.
Nope. The FXR Vapor Merino Pant uses a soft merino blend that feels comfortable against the skin without the old school itchy wool sweater experience your grandparents warned you about. You get warmth and comfort without feeling like you wrestled a sheep.
The contour fit and tapered ankles are built specifically for layering. They slide comfortably under bibs, snow pants, and insulated hunting gear without bunching up around your boots. Your legs stay comfortable instead of feeling like stuffed sausages halfway through the day.
Absolutely. The antibacterial and quick drying properties help control odor and moisture during extended outdoor trips. That means less stink in the cabin and fewer complaints from your hunting crew after day three in the bush.
