Description

The Castle X React Floater Jacket is made for snowmobilers who see rough weather as part of the plan, not a reason to stay home. Its Ven-Tex™ 1.0 shell, DWR coating, and sealed critical seams help shed wind and wet snow, while CASTLE X TOPWATER FLOAT ASSIST (TPA) Technology adds float assist for riders spending time around lakes and crossings. The removable 3M™ Thinsulate™ liner lets you tune warmth as the day changes, and the biceps and core vents help dump heat when the trail gets busy. Fleece touch points, smart storage, a removable hood, powder skirt, and dropback design make it comfortable for long northern miles. It is not a U.S. Coast Guard Approved PFD, so ride smart and keep the rubber side down.

Reviews and Q&A

FAQs

No. It uses CASTLE X TOPWATER FLOAT ASSIST (TPA) Technology, but it is not a U.S. Coast Guard Approved PFD. Think of it as snowmobile outerwear with float assist built in, not a replacement for proper flotation safety gear around water.
Yes, it uses Ven-Tex™ 1.0 windproof, waterproof, breathable coated shell materials with a DWR coating and sealed critical seams. It is built for snowy trail conditions, but smart layering and keeping vents closed matter when the weather turns truly sloppy.
Yes. The removable liner uses 3M™ Thinsulate™ insulation, so you can adjust the jacket as conditions or activity levels change. That flexibility is handy when a morning ride starts icy and the afternoon brings sunshine, traffic, and too much throttle therapy.
It has Ventec™ zippered ventilation in the biceps and core body, with snow blocker mesh to help manage airflow. That is useful for active riding, digging out a buddy, or just surviving the warm line at the trail stop again.
