had bought boots from a different company took over 2 weeks to receive product and was wrong size!!! took another week for them to credit me back called you guys and was told 2 days max was here the next day amazing!!!! Thanks guys!!!!

I just picked up my son's FXR jacket from Harold's who did the warranty zipper replacement. AWESOME service from both you guys and Harold's. Harold's actually had the jacket ready on Saturday but I wasn't able to get over there to pick it up. They were super friendly and helpful and actually called me a number of times to make sure I was aware that the jacket was ready.

My son will be warm again.
