I'm usually not one to write an email to a company but in this case I wanted to send a you guys a big thank you! I just received my order (stomper boots) and they feel great and got them FAST. I will be taking a trip out west, leaving later this week. Since there is no snow here in IA I haven't taken my gear out until now, getting ready for this trip. A few days ago I see my old boots have a gaping hole in them and most the rubber completely cracked and deteriorated on my right boot! I needed a new pair fast and you guys delivered just that. There are next to no dealers around me that sell apparel so I was dependent on an online dealer. I came across you guys, saw you were a state away in MN, and read many good reviews about you on various snowmobile message boards. You guys didn't disappoint, and I will definitely be back for anything else I need. I would much rather support a smaller local company than the big name stores that treat you as a number. Not too many companies will ship same day with free shipping, let alone a hand written thank you on my invoice. I will do all I can to spread the word of my experience with my order, and you guys keep up the great service! Can't wait to try these boots out!

Just wanted to let you guys know that the FXR Renegade Pants are amazing. I've been out riding in 20 below weather and 30 above weather.....and I couldn't be more comfortable. Your customer service is second to none. Thanks so much!!

I was just about to order a hat online from another website, whenIi noticed the shipping would take too long. When I called their customer support the woman was super rude to me and made it very clear that I wouldn't recieve my hat before Christmas Eve (my brother's birthday, whome the hat was for.) I searched again and found the same hat on your website. When I called your customer support the woman on the phone was sooo nice and accomidating. She took my order right then and there and I recieved an email conformation before we even got off the phone. She said she would be packing it in a box right away and woud ship it today in order for me to recieve it within the next day or two. She also didn't even have to charge me extra! She was sooo polite and helpful and I really wanted to thank you, and he,r for a wonderful shopping experience during the holidays. Christmas can make people in retail and sales grumpy and impatient and she was the complete opposite. My order number is 1324304883 if that helps you identify who helped me.
