I ordered a jacket for my husband on Oct 30, 2014! Your friendly staff
helped me out on the phone prior to my placing the order online and within an hour of ordering it I had a confirmation email with all of the details.

I also received an email with the tracking information as well as a thank you email. Today is November 12th and I received my package containing the jacket, a catalogue and a thank note with a big smiling face on it. You guys are fantastic to deal with! Just wanted to say thanks to all at up north sports for the great fxr camo boots with super speedy processing time.

I am a delivery guy, and my boots blew out on monday (massive water leakage). Ordered these Monday night and am now wearing them already on Thursday. You guys are a life saver.

These boots are 10 times better and warmer than any boot i have ever had.

ps. My daughter is loving the big box you shipped them in. She is making a pirate ship out of it!!!!!

I just picked up my son's FXR jacket from Harold's who did the warranty zipper replacement. AWESOME service from both you guys and Harold's. Harold's actually had the jacket ready on Saturday but I wasn't able to get over there to pick it up. They were super friendly and helpful and actually called me a number of times to make sure I was aware that the jacket was ready.

My son will be warm again.
