I was just about to order a hat online from another website, whenIi noticed the shipping would take too long. When I called their customer support the woman was super rude to me and made it very clear that I wouldn't recieve my hat before Christmas Eve (my brother's birthday, whome the hat was for.) I searched again and found the same hat on your website. When I called your customer support the woman on the phone was sooo nice and accomidating. She took my order right then and there and I recieved an email conformation before we even got off the phone. She said she would be packing it in a box right away and woud ship it today in order for me to recieve it within the next day or two. She also didn't even have to charge me extra! She was sooo polite and helpful and I really wanted to thank you, and he,r for a wonderful shopping experience during the holidays. Christmas can make people in retail and sales grumpy and impatient and she was the complete opposite. My order number is 1324304883 if that helps you identify who helped me. When will you folks be back in action at the store? This guy is moving back up for school and needs to restock for yet another epic winter and I won't settle for anything less than the gear and great customer service I get from Up North Sports!
