You guys rock! I ordered a snowmobile jacket on January 1st and it arrived yesterday! I wanted it by Thursday for a trip we?re taking this weekend. After I placed the order, I called to see if expedited delivery would be needed and was told that a note was put on the order and I?d be contacted if needed. Not long after, a gentleman called to let me know that the size I ordered wouldn?t make it because it was coming from a warehouse in Canada. After discussing it with him, he felt that I needed a size smaller and that was available for shipping right away. The jacket is awesome and fits perfectly! I can?t wait to wear it! We are a repeat customer, just ordered over $650 merchandise from you last week, went to wrap present and realized I ordered the pink x-system pants for my daughter (which matches the younger daughters new jacket, but the older daughters jacket is purple! Called and worked with Mike to get the purple ones shipped out before they were gone, and he helped me with the return information for the pink ones. Very nice to work with, so we decided to order a set of boots now too! Thanks for being so great to work with when customers make normal real life mistakes.
