We are a repeat customer, just ordered over $650 merchandise from you last week, went to wrap present and realized I ordered the pink x-system pants for my daughter (which matches the younger daughters new jacket, but the older daughters jacket is purple! Called and worked with Mike to get the purple ones shipped out before they were gone, and he helped me with the return information for the pink ones. Very nice to work with, so we decided to order a set of boots now too! Thanks for being so great to work with when customers make normal real life mistakes.

I purchased a pink HJC helmet on Monday evening, and it arrived yesterday. I am writing this email to thank you profusely! The shipping was fast and was packed really well! I had requested it be in a plain box as it was going to a public place, and it certainly was! The full wiring kit (not just the cable) was a pleasant surprise, and the hand written note inside the box on the invoice was a lovely touch. (Not to mention the wonderful price of the helmet and electric shield!!!)
I cannot speak highly enough of your company and have already recommended to friends they shop there for anything they need!

We love them and they fit great. May exchange the pants for a sz 4 but will try them on this weekend with my leggings that I usually wear. They're so padded, I can't imagine ever being cold in them, or my new jacket for that matter. The zip out jacket is very cool, love it all!
