You guys rock! I ordered a snowmobile jacket on January 1st and it arrived yesterday! I wanted it by Thursday for a trip we?re taking this weekend. After I placed the order, I called to see if expedited delivery would be needed and was told that a note was put on the order and I?d be contacted if needed. Not long after, a gentleman called to let me know that the size I ordered wouldn?t make it because it was coming from a warehouse in Canada. After discussing it with him, he felt that I needed a size smaller and that was available for shipping right away. The jacket is awesome and fits perfectly! I can?t wait to wear it! I?d like to thank everyone who played a part in processing my order. I couldn?t be more pleased with the product and the service I received! Hats off to all of you!

I was just about to order a hat online from another website, whenIi noticed the shipping would take too long. When I called their customer support the woman was super rude to me and made it very clear that I wouldn't recieve my hat before Christmas Eve (my brother's birthday, whome the hat was for.) I searched again and found the same hat on your website. When I called your customer support the woman on the phone was sooo nice and accomidating. She took my order right then and there and I recieved an email conformation before we even got off the phone. She said she would be packing it in a box right away and woud ship it today in order for me to recieve it within the next day or two. She also didn't even have to charge me extra! She was sooo polite and helpful and I really wanted to thank you, and he,r for a wonderful shopping experience during the holidays. Christmas can make people in retail and sales grumpy and impatient and she was the complete opposite. My order number is 1324304883 if that helps you identify who helped me. She definatly deserves praise for a job well done.
