I was just about to order a hat online from another website, whenIi noticed the shipping would take too long. When I called their customer support the woman was super rude to me and made it very clear that I wouldn't recieve my hat before Christmas Eve (my brother's birthday, whome the hat was for.) I searched again and found the same hat on your website. When I called your customer support the woman on the phone was sooo nice and accomidating. She took my order right then and there and I recieved an email conformation before we even got off the phone. She said she would be packing it in a box right away and woud ship it today in order for me to recieve it within the next day or two. She also didn't even have to charge me extra! She was sooo polite and helpful and I really wanted to thank you, and he,r for a wonderful shopping experience during the holidays. I was pleasantly surprised to come home on Tuesday to find the replacement helmet bag already there waiting for me. all I can say is WOW the service through email was great I needed a rush order for the weekend and Steve made it happen in 3 days and everything I ordered fit perfect and did the job was out all day snowmobiling closes to lake placid in upstate new York with the temps hitting -25 to -30 and boy was I ready for it thank you again up north sports just found my go to store
