I have ordered fxr boots from you guys in the past. Not to sound like an eBay feedback post but the price was right and the shipping and customer service were out of this world awesome and fast.

I'm usually not one to write an email to a company but in this case I wanted to send a you guys a big thank you! I just received my order (stomper boots) and they feel great and got them FAST. I will be taking a trip out west, leaving later this week. Since there is no snow here in IA I haven't taken my gear out until now, getting ready for this trip. A few days ago I see my old boots have a gaping hole in them and most the rubber completely cracked and deteriorated on my right boot! I needed a new pair fast and you guys delivered just that. There are next to no dealers around me that sell apparel so I was dependent on an online dealer. I came across you guys, saw you were a state away in MN, and read many good reviews about you on various snowmobile message boards. You guys didn't disappoint, and I will definitely be back for anything else I need. I would much rather support a smaller local company than the big name stores that treat you as a number. Not too many companies will ship same day with free shipping, let alone a hand written thank you on my invoice. I will do all I can to spread the word of my experience with my order, and you guys keep up the great service! Can't wait to try these boots out!

You guys rock! I ordered a snowmobile jacket on January 1st and it arrived yesterday! I wanted it by Thursday for a trip we?re taking this weekend. After I placed the order, I called to see if expedited delivery would be needed and was told that a note was put on the order and I?d be contacted if needed. Not long after, a gentleman called to let me know that the size I ordered wouldn?t make it because it was coming from a warehouse in Canada. After discussing it with him, he felt that I needed a size smaller and that was available for shipping right away. The jacket is awesome and fits perfectly! I can?t wait to wear it! I?d like to thank everyone who played a part in processing my order. I couldn?t be more pleased with the product and the service I received! Hats off to all of you!
