I was just about to order a hat online from another website, whenIi noticed the shipping would take too long. When I called their customer support the woman was super rude to me and made it very clear that I wouldn't recieve my hat before Christmas Eve (my brother's birthday, whome the hat was for.) I searched again and found the same hat on your website. When I called your customer support the woman on the phone was sooo nice and accomidating. She took my order right then and there and I recieved an email conformation before we even got off the phone. She said she would be packing it in a box right away and woud ship it today in order for me to recieve it within the next day or two. She also didn't even have to charge me extra!
