It's rare these days to find people who really appreciate the value of a customer. The folks at upnorthsports definitely do. They are super-friendly, knowledgeable and very customer focused. We had a problem with an item (manufacturing defect) and they promptly took care of it. Highly recommended!

I would like to take this moment and thank you for fill this order. My boys are totally excited about the HJC IS-16 helmets they received for their birthday present. The only thing that I would like to comment on is that only one came with the extension cords for the electric shield the other came with half the cord. We had electric shields before so we have the cords. Again thank you for your service!!!!!!! Let it snow let it snow let it snow!!!!!!! That?s right it did last night 20 foot drifts out there awsome!!!!!!!

I just picked up my son's FXR jacket from Harold's who did the warranty zipper replacement. AWESOME service from both you guys and Harold's. Harold's actually had the jacket ready on Saturday but I wasn't able to get over there to pick it up. They were super friendly and helpful and actually called me a number of times to make sure I was aware that the jacket was ready.

My son will be warm again.
