I just picked up my son's FXR jacket from Harold's who did the warranty zipper replacement. AWESOME service from both you guys and Harold's. Harold's actually had the jacket ready on Saturday but I wasn't able to get over there to pick it up. They were super friendly and helpful and actually called me a number of times to make sure I was aware that the jacket was ready.
My son will be warm again.

I'm usually not one to write an email to a company but in this case I wanted to send a you guys a big thank you! I just received my order (stomper boots) and they feel great and got them FAST. I will be taking a trip out west, leaving later this week. Since there is no snow here in IA I haven't taken my gear out until now, getting ready for this trip. A few days ago I see my old boots have a gaping hole in them and most the rubber completely cracked and deteriorated on my right boot! I needed a new pair fast and you guys delivered just that. There are next to no dealers around me that sell apparel so I was dependent on an online dealer. I came across you guys, saw you were a state away in MN, and read many good reviews about you on various snowmobile message boards. You guys didn't disappoint, and I will definitely be back for anything else I need. I would much rather support a smaller local company than the big name stores that treat you as a number. Not too many companies will ship same day with free shipping, let alone a hand written thank you on my invoice. I will do all I can to spread the word of my experience with my order, and you guys keep up the great service! Can't wait to try these boots out!

I just wanted to write in about one of your employees Mike Fogelson. I had ordered a jacket from you guys and due to sizing had to exchange it. There was some issues with getting the jacket I had requested, but Mike went above and beyond to make sure that everything was sorted out in a timely manner. I just wanted to give him the recognition that he deserves! Because of the dedication he showed I will without a doubt continue to do business with your company! Not only did he get it sent out right away but I got the jacket 2 days before the expected delivery date! Thanks guys!
