Hey there! Just received our order of snowmobile jackets and pants today. We were eagerly awaiting there arrival to see how warm they would be. We live way up in Northern Canada ( Thompson, Manitoba)and today was -38 with the wind chill. We just got back from a 2hour ride and are still toasty. I just picked up my son's FXR jacket from Harold's who did the warranty zipper replacement. AWESOME service from both you guys and Harold's. Harold's actually had the jacket ready on Saturday but I wasn't able to get over there to pick it up. They were super friendly and helpful and actually called me a number of times to make sure I was aware that the jacket was ready.

My son will be warm again.
