I ordered a jacket for my husband on Oct 30, 2014! Your friendly staff
helped me out on the phone prior to my placing the order online and within an hour of ordering it I had a confirmation email with all of the details.
I also received an email with the tracking information as well as a thank you email. Today is November 12th and I received my package containing the jacket, a catalogue and a thank note with a big smiling face on it. You guys are fantastic to deal with! Nowadays everyone seems to be in a rush and too busy, but you guys nailed it by taking the extra few minutes with the details and it made all the difference.
