There was some issues with getting the jacket I had requested, but Mike went above and beyond to make sure that everything was sorted out in a timely manner. Good Morning!
I purchased a pink HJC helmet on Monday evening, and it arrived yesterday. I am writing this email to thank you profusely! The shipping was fast and was packed really well! I had requested it be in a plain box as it was going to a public place, and it certainly was! The full wiring kit (not just the cable) was a pleasant surprise, and the hand written note inside the box on the invoice was a lovely touch. (Not to mention the wonderful price of the helmet and electric shield!!!)
I cannot speak highly enough of your company and have already recommended to friends they shop there for anything they need!
