I ordered a jacket for my husband on Oct 30, 2014! Your friendly staff
helped me out on the phone prior to my placing the order online and within an hour of ordering it I had a confirmation email with all of the details.

I also received an email with the tracking information as well as a thank you email. Today is November 12th and I received my package containing the jacket, a catalogue and a thank note with a big smiling face on it. You guys are fantastic to deal with! You guys rock! I ordered a snowmobile jacket on January 1st and it arrived yesterday! I wanted it by Thursday for a trip we?re taking this weekend. After I placed the order, I called to see if expedited delivery would be needed and was told that a note was put on the order and I?d be contacted if needed. Not long after, a gentleman called to let me know that the size I ordered wouldn?t make it because it was coming from a warehouse in Canada. After discussing it with him, he felt that I needed a size smaller and that was available for shipping right away. The jacket is awesome and fits perfectly! I can?t wait to wear it!
