Shipping Zones

Our shipping charges apply to the 48 contiguous states of the United States. We will ship to Alaska and Hawaii, but there may be an additional cost. We will notify you via email prior to shipping of any increased charges.

If we are shipping in the Continental USA, We will ship your order with UPS Ground, FeDex Ground, US Postal Service or Spee Dee. Call 866-335-8500 for Expedited Shipping!

If we are shipping to Canada the following will apply

1. We ship via US Postal Service .
2. UpNorthSports.com is not responsible for any Customs/Duties/Taxes that may be levied, as they are the responsibility of the Customer.
3. You pay the Duty directly to the shipping Representative when the shipment is delivered. If you do not pay the duty, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for payment of the duty and related fees.
4. You are responsible for applicable shipping and duty charges both ways on all Returns or Exchanges for any reason.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
In order to better serve and support our customers located outside of the United States and Canada, we have partnered with Bongo International to fulfill our international orders. Bongo provides our international visitors with their own US forwarding address to which all orders can be sent. Once you have completed your order, we will ship your items to the Bongo warehouse for export to your country and home address. Your new US address will allow you to purchase goods from other US retailers as well. Consolidating all US purchases into one shipment can save you up to 82% off typical international shipping rates.

International Order Guide:

1. Shop for your favorite products on our website and add them to your cart.
2. Setup your Bongo International account by clicking on the Bongo International logo.
3. After signup, Bongo will provide you with your very own US address.
4. Back at our website, proceed to Checkout.
5. Enter your new US address supplied by Bongo as both your BILLING & SHIPPING Address.
6. Use the credit card that you have on file with Bongo as the payment method... No Exceptions.
7. Choose your shipping method (from our store to Bongo), and place your order.
8. Once completed, finish your verification process with Bongo.
9. Bongo will take over from here, so communicate directly with them for delivery of your order via online chat or email.
